Hier sind einige generelle Regeln für die Bedienung von lindoGuide:

  • Wiedergabelautstärke: Du kannst während der Benutzung von lindoGuide Musik oder Hörbücher hören. Starte dazu deinen normalen Media Player. Während der Audioausgabe durch lindoGuide wird deine Musik oder dein Hörbuch unterbrochen und du kannst die Wiedergabelautstärke von lindoGuide mit den üblichen Lautstärketasten einstellen. Danach wird deine Musik oder dein Hörbuch fortgesetzt und die Lautstärketasten gelten wieder für deinen Media Player.
  • SD-Karte: Die SD-Karte muss eingelegt und verfügbar sein, da lindoGuide auf das Verzeichnis “/lindoguide” zugreift.
  • Richtungen: Alle Richtungsangaben erfolgen in Form von Uhrzeiten. Stell dir vor, du blickst von oben auf ein Zifferblatt und die 12 zeigt in Fahrtrichtung. Links ist dann 9 Uhr und rechts ist 3 Uhr.
  • GPS-Sensor: Es kann einige Zeit dauern, bis der GPS-Sensor die Position ermittelt hat. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt sind einige Icons grau dargestellt und einige Funktionen sind noch nicht verfügbar.

Here are some general rules for the usage of lindoGuide:

  • Playback volume: You can listen to music or to audio books while using lindoGuide. Just start your normal media player. During audio playback by lindoGuide your music or audio book will be interrupted and you can control the lindoGuide playback volume with the usual volume keys. Afterwards your music or audio book continues and the volume keys control the volume of you media player.
  • SD-Card: The SD-Card must be inserted and available because lindoGuide accesses the directory “/lindoguide”.
  • Directions: All directions are given in the form of clock times. Just image you look on an analog clock from above with the 12 pointing into the direction of your movement. Then left is 9 o’clock and right is 3 o’clock.
  • GPS-Sensor: It can take a while for you GPS-Sensor to come up with you current position. Until then some icons will be grey and some functions will not be available.

Drücke auf den Stopp Button oder betätige die Zurück Taste deines Gerätes, um das Abspielen oder Aufnehmen einer Audio-Datei zu beenden.

Press the stop button or the back key of your device to stop playback or recording of an audio file.

Wähle “Landkarte ..” im Kontextmenü eines Ortes oder Wegpunktes, um diesen in GoogleMaps (oder einer anderen App) zu öffnen. Dafür kann eine Online-Verbindung notwendig sein. Durch Drücken der Zurück Taste deines Gerätes gelangst du wieder zu lindoGuide.

Select “Show on map ..” from the context menu of a location or waypoint to open it in GoogleMaps (or some similar app). This might require online connection. Press the back key of your device to return to lindoGuide.
